If you are a resident of Sunset Ridge, you will hopefully be more than pleased at our new web presence! This is one of the top questions that the HOA Board of Directors has received over the past year. With the ceasing of the paper based newsletter we realize that communication about what is going on in the community became a huge issue. With the launching of the new site, we have put everything out there that you could possibly want regarding the community -- all in one place! We encourage you to USE the site. There are so many resources available once you register and have access to the "Residents Only" content. There are Forums, Classified Ads, Documents, News, among other things. It's free to register!

If you are not a resident of Sunset Ridge, there is information here for you, too! You can view Real Estate listings in Sunset Ridge, get demographic information about Holly Springs, look at local school information, and check out our news! Sunset Ridge is a wonderful place to live and play - convenient to both the Raleigh, Apex, Cary and Durham areas.
