Sunset Ridge is one of the largest communities in Holly Springs. Sunset Ridge South is comprised of all of the homes in Sunset Ridge on the south side of Holly Springs Rd - also known as the "Golf Course" side. The homeowners association represents all of Sunset Ridge South which includes homes in the main entrance off Linksland, the Sunset Fairways entrance, and Arlen Park (near the intersection of Sunset Lake Rd. and Optimist Farm Rd).

Sunset Ridge South consists of 920 homes ranging in value from $300,000 and up. It is a wonderfully wooded and sprawling community with tree-lined streets and wonderfully kept properties. It popped up in the early 1990's and quickly became one of the most desirable communities in southern Wake County. We just know it as home!

Community ammenities include Golf and Tennis (not owned or operated by the community association), parks, ponds, pavilions, gazebos, and sidewalks.

Holly Springs itself is growing by leaps and bounds! We have a gorgeous Town Hall, new Fire and Police Departments including our own 911 system, a wonderful Chamber of Commerce, and many, many businesses.

We have MANY pool choices available to our residents. The original pool is located across from the Devil's Ridge Clubhouse on Linksland with a Baby Pool and Lane Pool with a Diving Board. Since the neighborhood first came about, we've added 2 more pool locations. The Aquatic Park across Holly Springs Road on the north side, consists of a Baby Pool, Kid's Water Park, Water Slide, and Lane Pool. Most recently, we've added the Sunset Oaks pool off Optimist Farm Road which includes a Lazy River, another Water Slide, Lane Pool, and Graduated Entry pool with a "playground" right in the water!

Sunset Ridge has several Playgrounds throughout the neighborhood available for residents. Several have pavilions for get-togethers and picnics!
